Wil Hergenrader serves as Tri River’s sole principal. He is an accomplished professional currently serving as the Director of GTM Strategy and Operations at FullStory, Inc, a digital experience software company.

 

In his role, Wil leads strategic, operational, and analytical thought partnership & support to scale and improve the performance of the business. Throughout his tenure at FullStory, Wil has achieved remarkable milestones, including leading the company's expansion into European and Asian markets, reengineering product-led growth channels, and shaping the foundational understanding of the business. His contributions have quintupled FullStory's revenue and secured $100M of outside capital at multi-billion dollar valuations.

 

Prior to FullStory, Wil excelled as a consultant at Alvarez & Marsal, addressing critical challenges across multiple industries. With extensive experience and expertise, Wil brings strategic vision, analytical acumen, and strong stakeholder relationships to our search fund.
